As an extra precaution, we're stepping up our routine cleaning with a safe disinfectant that is approved to clean our yoga mats.To provide you with the confidence you have access to anti-bacterial spray for your yoga mat if you choose to wash your yoga mat before the class. There is also hand disinfectant in the Exhale Yoga office for your use.
What you can do to stay safe - the most crucial thing public health experts have stressed over and over applies to everyone and everywhere, stay home if you're not feeling well. Use hand hygiene frequent and avoid touching your face.Keep well and continue to practice your mindfulness breathing. This will help you to maintain peace during these uncertain times.
