There’s a part of your body you might not know about

Are you familiar with your fascia?

If you haven’t heard of it, let me explain.

Fascia is connective tissue that holds us together and connects all the parts of our body – muscles, tendons, bones, organs...

When your fascia is damaged, as it can be through injuries to your body, bad posture, stress and even dehydration, it loses its ability to support your movements. That’s why you might feel pain or tightness throughout your body.

But there is a way to look after your fascia and help repair it.

I would like to share with you an insight into the fascia work we are going to do on the New Year New You Retreat.

In today’s video I’ll explain more about your fascia and why it’s so important to our health and wellbeing.

I’ll also show you a simple technique you can use at home to look after this tissue.

The New Year New You Retreat will cover much more than fascia work.

It’s a complete package designed to support you emotionally, physically and mentally.

We will focus on your goals. This retreat is another way to help you become fully accountable for your new goals for the year ahead.
